Cool gadget to find out “HOW OLD IS THIS JAR OF FOOD?”

CA based company launches the first ever digital day counter, the DaysAgo. With one touch of a button, this unique device starts to record the days elapsed since an action occurred. The DaysAgo is placed on top of food containers to identify how many days ago the container was opened so that the consumer will know when the contents are likely to expire. basically its is combination of magnetic strip and digital counter.

You can use it on food containers to let you know how many days ago you opened it, closed it, tried it, sauced it, grew it, etc.

isn't it really cool implementation of technology in social manner?
